Chobham Museum
Big of heart although small in stature, the Chobham Museum is packed to the rafters with a fascinating and eclectic collection of artefacts, themed displays, records and photographic memorabilia, unforgettably depicting the life and times of this ancient village and its surroundings – from the prehistoric era to the present day. Whatever time of year you decide to visit the Museum, you’ll always find a great deal going on! As well as its permanent collection, many mini-exhibitions of specific or topical areas on interest are regularly organised and hosted.Operated on a voluntary basis by members of the local community, this is a ‘must-see’ destination for everyone, from historian to Chobham resident, visitor or ‘returner’ – and children and students are of course very welcome.
